In the orientation phase, we start therefore by mapping the business processes and the organization and the associated management model. What are the business goals and what does this require in terms of adjustments. What are the current bottlenecks and problems. The next step is to deepen the question by determining the wishes and requirements of the support functions related to the relevant processes and the priority. Based on the above, we have a reasonable understanding of what the scope is and we discuss further what is possible in terms of budget.

Selecting the right solution and partner


After the orientation phases where we gather a clear understanding of the goal, scope and budget, we continue with the selection process, drawing up an RFI and long list, selecting candidate solutions and suppliers who can present their solutions up to and including quotation and contracting.

Because a presentation on paper is very different from seeing how the system actually works, a demo of a selected candidate is essential.

Based on an assessment of the answers to the RFI, we will work together to arrive at a shortlist of parties. In the assessment, we can estimate with our experience what the gaps are in the answers and how heavy these saws weigh.

Project plan and Contract

Together with your company, we go through the answers and draw up a comparison, which provides clear insight into the advantages and disadvantages of a particular solution and supplier.
